About DYNAMIC Cleaning Systems

DYNAMIC Cleaning Systems Inc. was founded in 2005 by Bryon Rankin. The company began as a general cleaning business, offering a wide array of services to residential and commercial clients. From the beginning, the main goal was to develop a business focused on customer satisfaction. In two short years, we grew a large customer base due in part to our professionalism and attention to detail.

The restructuring of DYNAMIC began in December 2007 when Doug Kocour joined as Co-Owner and Vice President of DYNAMIC Cleaning Systems Inc. We were able to perfect our cleaning methods and provide the best service possible to our clients. Our focus was now solely on carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaning. As our company continues to grow and expand into surrounding areas, our mission is to consistently provide the same level of service to each client as we did on our very first job!

Bryon Rankin - President/CEO

Bryon grew up in Maryville, Missouri. He attended Northwest Missouri State University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Parks and Recreation Management. After spending one year in graduate school, Bryon entered the work force. He moved to Destin, Florida in January 2003, beginning his career in the hospitality industry at Pelican Beach Resort as a member of guest services. Tops'l Beach and Raquet Club became Bryon's place of employment one year later. At Tops'l, he was the Director of Recreation, as well as a personal trainer, from April 2004 until March 2006. During that time, Bryon began a part-time general cleaning service company that he eventually made his full time career. After reading many articles and business journals on carpet and upholstery cleaning, he created DYNAMIC Cleaning Systems and took it in the direction of Carpet/Upholstery/Tile & Grout. Mattress cleaning was added as an additional service of DYNAMIC but Bryon figured out very quickly that it should be a stand alone business. In the Spring of 2009, Bryon and Doug completed their first mattress cleaning job. While driving away, Bryon announced, "We can call the company Fresh Beds!" and thus, Fresh Beds was born.

Doug Kocour - Vice President

Doug is a native of Carrollton, Georgia. Since he spent all of his life vacationing on the Gulf Coast, it was no surprise when he decided to move to Destin in 1998. Here, he attended Okaloosa-Walton Community College and worked at Pompano Joe's from 1998 to 1999. Doug later moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship, with a concentration in Small Company Management. Doug had dreams of owning his own company. In February 2005, Doug moved back to Destin and began a real estate career with Coldwell Banker. At that time, he also began working at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Club as a personal trainer and Customer Service Representative. Doug later switched from Resort Quest's Tops'l property to their Leeward Key property to become a Homeowner Relations Representative. In July 2007, he went to work for Sandestin Resort as a Rental Manager. Doug knew that a better carpet/upholstery/tile & grout company was needed after walking into countless unsatisfactory rental units. This sparked a conversation with Bryon, whom he met while at Tops'l, about taking DYNAMIC Cleaning Systems in that direction. Through Dynamic, Doug and Bryon, discovered the need for Fresh Beds professional mattress cleaning.
